Founder and Medical Director
Established in 2003 by Dr. Lisa K. Feulner as a complement to Advanced Eye Care, Advanced Aesthetics began serving patients with BOTOX®, dermal fillers, upper/lower lid surgery, and medical skin care. As our patient base grew, so did our offerings, adding additional services such as IPL Skin Rejuvenation, IPL Skin Tightening, CoolSculpting®, Laser Hair Removal, ZO® Skin Health products and Colorescience® Skin Health products.

Carole has been with Advanced Aesthetics & Med Spa since 2015 and has over 15 years of experience working in the aesthetics industry.Carole specializes in Neurotoxins and dermal fillers and enjoys educating clients on the latest aesthetic offerings so each patient can make an informed decision on their treatment. Carole enjoys helping patients achieve a more refreshed and natural appearance through the artistry and diversity that dermal fillers allow. Carole has an eye for symmetry and the specialized skill to deliver the desired results patients are looking for. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Stevenson University and an Associate of Arts degree in nursing from Harford Community College. In her spare time, Carole enjoys pickle ball, yoga, kayaking, and spending time with her husband, four daughters, their spouses and grandchildren.

Before joining our team, Ashley practiced medical aesthetics in the Bethesda and Baltimore areas where she benefited from working with several leading East Coast aesthetic providers. Ashley discovered her passion for aesthetics after becoming a patient and decided to return to school to pursue aesthetic nursing at The Community College of Baltimore and is currently attendingWalden University and attaining her Nurse Practitioner degree. Ashley understands how intimidating it can feel to be a first time aesthetic patient. She has excellent listening skills and loves creating individualized treatment plans for each patient based on their unique and personal goals. Ashley possesses a calming and nurturing chair side manner. She loves the subtle changes yet big confidence boost that comes with aesthetic treatments. Ashley credits medical grade skincare as a turning point for her own skin. Ashley’s favorite treatments to do, and have done, areBotox, cheek filler, and micro-needling.

Aesthetics has always been a part of Leslie’s life, inspired by her grandmother, a cosmetologist whose work revealed to her the nuanced ways personal presentation can influence confidence and empowerment. Leslie delights in meeting people, listening to their concerns, and tailoring treatments to align with their personal aspirations. Leslie is a dedicated nurse with experience in Emergency and Trauma centers around Maryland and Virginia. She earned her BSN from Capella University and graduated from the University of Maryland PGH’s Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program in 2020. Leslie finds fulfillment in balancing the adrenaline of Emergency Medicine with the creativity of Aesthetics Nursing. In her free time, she loves being social, dancing, traveling and exploring different cultures through food and experiences.
Patient Care Coordinator, Medical Skin Health Specialist
Dawn brings 25+ years of experience in customer care. Dawn is the first point of patient contact and is passionate about creating and delivering the best experience possible. She understands the decision to choose aesthetic procedures should be made with care and consideration and makes it a priority to be able to answer questions and share knowledge on all aspects of procedures and products. Dawn is also a Medical Skin Health Specialist and is a vital component to patient skin health outcomes.
Manager, Director of Operations
Izzy brings 30+ years of business experience from account management with a Fortune 500 company, to owning an interior design business, and now current Director of Operations for AAMS. Izzy is passionate about delivering the best aesthetic experience possible and is usually behind the scenes juggling the day-to-day operations to serve both our patients and staff to keep the clinic running smoothly.
